Why map the Taj Mahal system?

The Taj Mahal system (Tajma ha - history of the name) is one of the most visited cave system by cave divers in the world. But there is no accurate and complete mapping of the system, several teams have already made little detailed maps of only one party of the system.

For the anecdote, in April 2007 I did my first cave diving in Mexico in this cave, and since then I return often to teach caving diving or guide novices in the Cenote Taj Mahal Cavern.

I naturally started to map the galleries or I dive for the first time in 2007.
